NXTL consumes and adheres to your content. Individual pieces are synced as Entries, either directly through the NXTL dashboard or automatically using connectors like the WordPress plugin.

Mapping what matters

You describe the audiences and scenarios you care about as User Journeys in the NXTL dashboard. Then, using your connected publishing platform or technology stack, you activate presentation patterns (Matrices) at points where individualization should happen (for example, a landing page hero or an onboarding step).

Live context awareness

When someone lands on your site or app, NXTL listens for Signals (UTM parameters, custom events, user input). Those signals help NXTL pick the relevant entries, as well as the optimal user journey and matrix.

Instant personalization

Based on the content, user journey definition and signals, NXTL generates an Artifact: grounded, personalized communication that’s tailored to the chosen matrix.
