User Journeys

User Journeys encapsulate personas and scenarios in distinct, named definitions (e.g., novice, expert, etc.) containing structured information for NXTL.

A user journey definition should leverage target group insights and balance your business goals with users’ needs.

Matrices → Artifacts

Matrices describe the presentation patterns that NXTL will populate at runtime.

A matrix is referenced by a path (e.g., /landing, /wizard) and contains a schema that is used to generate Artifacts, i.e. the individualized content/UI.

Entries

Entries are your canonical content sources (e.g., web pages, documents, product copy), embedded in NXTL as vectors for retrieval, and used for grounding generated content.

Signals

Signals are hints (e.g., user input, custom events, UTM parameters) used by NXTL for classification and context.

Connectors

Connectors are integrations or plugins that connect NXTL to your other systems (CMS, CRM, etc.). A connector syncs entries and matrices, passes signals, and adds NXTL-powered experiences to your existing stack.
