Intent Catcher

Intent Catcher is a drop-in conversational UI component for NXTL to collect and act upon direct user input. It is offered as part of the SDK, while also being bundled with connector plugins.

User experience

1. Integrated as either an inline input or a floating button, Intent Catcher welcomes visitors with a brief, friendly message.
2. Once opened, Intent Catcher offers suggestion chips and replies to user input with tailored natural language responses, asking for clarification when needed.
3. Having identified the user’s needs (user journey, presentation mode, and content), Intent Catcher provides a preview and navigation to the resulting generated view.
